  • The Physics(Wuli Xue) had great impact on the localization of modern physics in China. It was compiled by T.Ihomonri, translated into Chinese by Fujida, and reedited by Wang Jilie. This paper discussed the influence of Physics on the education of modern physics and the compilation of physics textbooks, and explained its acceleration on the formation and establishment of modern Chinese physical terminology, by the investigation of the editions and circulation of Physics and the study of the usage of physical terminology in the late Qing dynasty.
