Advances in applied low-temperature plasma technology

The generation of low-temperature plasma and its principle are described, and recent advances of applied low-temperature plasma technology in the emerging field of macromolecular plasma chemistry are reviewed., These applications involve plasma polymerization, synthesis, grafting, nanopariicle/powder cover, plasma-enhanced deposition of biocompatible layers, and low temperature plasma sterilization.
