Forefront of computational physics and its intercross with computational technology

Computational physics is a cross-discipline that emerged with the development of computer technolgy. It is a form of “experimental" theoretical physics or “virtual" experimental physics equipped with modern computational technology. The history, current research and challenges of computational physics in the new century are discussed.
