Physical properties and application of Graphene

Graphene, an ideal two-dimensional crystal, has attracted much attention recently due to its unique physical properties. In this paper we shall highlight its novel physical properties, quantum Hall effect, many-body interactions, and weak localization, as well as its applications in micro-/nanoelectronics, molecular electronics and spintronics.
