Functional polymers:from thin film devices to nanometer scale devices

More Information
  • Published Date: June 19, 2006
  • Since the discovery of conducting polymers in the 1970s, polymers as functional materials have attracted particular attention in fields such as light-emitting diodes, solar cells, field effect transistors, sensors, nanodevices etc. The development of functional polymers with emphasis on their applications are reviewed, and the nanomaterials and nanodevices based on functional polymers.
