  • A new method has been empolyed to measure the double-differential neutron emission cross section in the incident neutron energy region of 8-13MeV. An atypical fast neutron time-of-flight spectrometer, located at the HI-13 tandem accelerator is used to solve the problem of source break-up neutron interference in secondary neutron spectra measurement.
