Laser medicine

Laser medicine is a newly expanding subject that developed with the invention of the laser. In this paper, we review the history and clinical applications of laser medicine，including problems existing at the present stage. Currently, high and low power laser treatment and photodynamic therapy are the main treatment procedures, while many advanced laser diagnosis techniques have been developed. Future developments of the various laser treatment and laser diagnosis techniques are also discussed.
