Abstract

The history and applications of tunneling magnetoresistance are described briefly. The observation of giant tunneling magnetoresistance at room temperature in two phase nanostructure zinc ferrite/hematite is reported. The results show that zinc ferrite has high polarization and is a promising material for future study.
