Abstract
Heavy fermion research is of great importance for exploring the organization of exotic quantum phenomena in strongly correlated electron systems. Our recent studies on the anomalous normal state properties of heavy fermion materials reveal a universal temperature evolution governing the emergence of heavy electrons and the presence of the Fano interference effect. Our work provides a new avenue for understanding heavy fermion physics as well as the underlying mechanism of unconventional superconductivity.
