Nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and imaging

More Information
  • Received Date: June 11, 2013
  • Published Date: December 11, 2013
  • This paper briefly introduces the basic principle of nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR). Protein’s structures and functions and dynamics studied by liquid NMR are elaborated;methods for enhancing the resolution of solid state NMR and its applications are discussed; the principle of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is interpreted, and applications in different aspects are reviewed. Finally, the progress of NMR is commented.
