Principle and application of water decomposition with P-N semiconductor composite photoelectrodes

  • 摘要: 利用太阳光分解水制氢是解决能源短缺的重要途径.文章概述了光电极分解水的原理,P-N半导体复合型光电极的两种结构及其近期的科研成果.对开展全氧化物混合光电极的研究进行了简介和展望.

     

    Abstract: The decomposition of water into hydrogen using solar energy is an important approach for solving the global energy crisis. The principle of water decomposition by using photoelectrodes is described, and new developments in the research on two types of P-N semiconductor composite photoelectrode structure are summarized. Research on oxide hybrid photoelectrodes is also reviewed.
