High pressure effects on the crystal and electronic structures of organic compounds

  • 摘要: 压力作为与温度同等重要的一个环境物理参量,在众多研究领域中越来越受到重视.经过几十年的发展,现在已经可以实现对超高压的可控调节.将高压作为一个重要的环境物理参量引入到科学研究的各个领域,将会大大扩展研究的范围.文章介绍了近年发展起来的一种简单安全的高压产生技术,以及利用这种高压产生技术在超高压条件下开展的一些有机化合物光物理性质的研究工作.

     

    Abstract: High pressure effects have attracted considerable attention in various research fields due to significant improvements in the devices for high pressure generation. The pressure can be controllably tuned to approach ultrahigh values, which will enrich research areas by introducing pressure as an important factor to influence the material environment. In this paper a simple and safe method for high pressure generation developed in recent years and its application in studying the photophysical properties of organic compounds are reviewed.
