  • 摘要: 介绍了低温等离子体发生技术及原理,对近几年低温等离子体技术应用研究的一个新生的领域-高分子等离子体化学的研究进展进行了概述,内容涉及等离子体聚合、合成、接枝、纳米粒子/粉体包覆、等离子体增强沉积生物适合层及低温等离子体灭菌技术.

     

    Abstract: The generation of low-temperature plasma and its principle are described, and recent advances of applied low-temperature plasma technology in the emerging field of macromolecular plasma chemistry are reviewed., These applications involve plasma polymerization, synthesis, grafting, nanopariicle/powder cover, plasma-enhanced deposition of biocompatible layers, and low temperature plasma sterilization.
