  • 摘要: 简述了与自旋相关的电子的弹性散射和非弹性散射过程;综述了极化电子束的表征、获得、探测及其在低能电子显微学中的应用;介绍了对自旋极化电子进行电子散射过程的蒙特卡罗模拟的一种简单模型.

     

    Abstract: Spin correlated elastic and inelastic electron scattering processes are briefly described. The characterization, production and measurement of spinpolarized beams as well as their application in low energy electron microscopy are summarized. A simple Monte-Carlo model is introduced to calculate the spinpolarized electron scattering process.
